We also discuss special and future needs, which can include aging in place and environmentally-friendly design. As we create your interior, Julie personally guides the aesthetics of the entire project.
- Together, you and our team establish the scope of work, arrange a timeline and estimate a realistic budget. We often act as the owner’s agent on your turnkey projects.
- Julie carefully reviews the plan with you, which includes a detailed overview of drawings, finishes, pictures, fabrics, furniture, fixtures, etc. Depending upon the size of your project, our review may take a few meetings.
- After finalizing and scheduling the details of your project, our team begins to implement your design. Throughout the project, Julie personally guides the aesthetics and collaborates creatively with our interior designer, Tracy Heimos.
- Our team provides you with frequent updates so that you are constantly informed of our progress.
- During your project, Julie Rooney Interiors manages the entire team- including contractors- and handles all orders, follow-up calls, deliveries and installations.
